Welcome to Ingram Fine Leather (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and online store located at ingramfineleather.com (the “Site”), as well as the purchase of our leather goods and related products (the “Products”).

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Site and purchase Products.

2. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our Products. Because our Products are made from natural leather, variations in color, texture, grain, and markings are normal and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any Product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable laws.

We accept payment through approved third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses listed as available at checkout.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the Products are delivered to the carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Returned Products must be unused and in original condition unless otherwise stated. Damage caused by wear, misuse, or improper care is not eligible for a refund.

Additional rights for EU and UK consumers are outlined in Section 14 below.

All content on the Site — including text, images, product photos, logos, designs, graphics, and branding — is owned by Ingram Fine Leather or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ingram Fine Leather, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Governing Law (Non-EU Consumers)

For consumers outside the European Union and United Kingdom, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. European Union & United Kingdom Consumers

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, the following terms apply in addition to the above.

a. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Mandatory local laws will prevail in the event of a conflict.

b. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the Products. To exercise this right, contact us at support@ingramfineleather.com with a clear statement of your decision.

c. Effects of Withdrawal

Upon withdrawal:

  • We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs (excluding expedited shipping)

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Products or proof of return

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

d. Return Conditions

Products must be unused and in original condition. Reasonable inspection is permitted, but excessive handling or damage may result in a reduced refund.

Custom or personalized leather goods may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, as permitted by EU law, when clearly identified at purchase.

e. Legal Guarantee

EU and UK consumers are entitled to a legal guarantee that Products conform to the contract, including remedies for defective or non-conforming goods.

f. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data of EU and UK consumers is processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable UK data protection laws. Details and consumer rights are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

g. Governing Law (EU & UK)

The Texas governing law clause does not deprive EU or UK consumers of mandatory protections provided by the laws of their country of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
