Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This is important due to the nature of leather and how fast it can develop a patina.
Personalized/customized items are not eligible for returns.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@ingramfineleather.com. Send in your order number and a reason for returning.
If the product arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the shipping. Otherwise, it is in the buyer's responsibility to pay for any postage.

Limited Lifetime Warranty:
We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If any item defects such as broken stitching or a popped rivet should occur, send us an email at support@ingramfineleather.com with a brief description and photo of the affected areas. Once the issue has been discussed, you can ship the item to our workshop for repair. The initial cost of shipping will be covered by the buyer, but once the fixed item is ready to be sent back we will cover the return postage.
This warranty does not cover damage, scuffs, scratches, dents, or any other wear and tear caused by the purchaser.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the specific item itself and want to exchange it for another, we will pay for the shipping cost to send out your new item after receiving the original.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
